Availability: Stock Available
Cambridge-based artist and curator of Shop of Art, Diana Scarborough created the print series ‘Too Much Information’ during her time as an artist-in-residence at Cambridge School of Art in 2014. The etchings are explorations of pattern, text and code inspired by 1970’s 5 bit Baudot code used primarily in telex machines and teleprinters. The collection refers to specific moments where leaked information has resulted in political ramifications.( e.g Nixon,Snowdon) revealed when the pattern is decoded.
The photo-etching ‘Watergate Blush’ is handprinted on archival paper. Dimensions: 64cmW x 22cmH.
